The location boasts a perfect setting next to the water bus stop, providing a genuine Venetian atmosphere away from the tourist crowds. The dining experience, although fine with its continental breakfast, may be a bit limited for some tastes. Overall, a charming hotel with Venetian flair but some service inconsistencies.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful, easily the best during my 3-week trip in Italy, with powerful hot showers and a good size. However, the excessive heat in the building made it a bit uncomfortable despite having air con and autonomous heating. The service was exceptional; the staff was incredibly helpful, serving us fresh coffee. The location was superb, a bit away from tourist crowds, with breathtaking views over the laguna.
